ATM Rip-off

Just went to the Royal bank atm punched in 160..it punched out 130... went to teller and in ten minits they gave me 30 dollars more, heck never going to trust those machines again.

Lucky I checked because I was paying some one for a few coins I said would buy... oj

my other forum, one poster said the money got ripped up and they had to wait a few days for it, I often just glance at amounts not anymore, see you Mike... Orlando

never a problem but I never used them in vancouver

I love them. We went to Hawaii for over two weeks and I only took 200 in cash. ATM's all over the place and I love them. Mary does not use them at all though. I don't like carrying cash or dealing with Travelers Checks

My friend went to withdraw $200 at the ATM and up came "System error" and got no money. When he looked at his statement a couple of days later, it showed a deduction of $200 that he never got! He told his bank and they said they would look into it but it would take up to 30 days for him to get his money from their error!



I may reconsider them for larger amounts, petty cash ok...
