AT PRO

snoop & scoop

New member
I have never owned or used a Garrett before, but an AT PRO arrived at my door today. I've been reading all of the posts for months now, but there is much that I still don't understand. I will be asking a lot of questions, some of which will seem juvinile to some, but please bear with me. I have hunted for 7 or 8 yrs. off & on. Mostly with the T brand. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Ask away bud. That's what we're here for is to help new Garrett users out. Welcome aboard. You'll like that PRO once you get the hang of it.

Go for it. Mine seems to (kind of) paralell my M brand. Or I just think of it that way LOL. A couple of tries and you will become confident. I am just a coin hunter. Easy way. STD coin mode. Iron disc to 40- pro mode to confirm. Zero mode is cool- 3 tones. I guess I should look at my vid more. LOL Good Luck!

Garrett made some smart moves over the decade and one is a production fabrication expansion.

I am looking forward to getting my AT PRO this next week and will join you in reading the mail as this machine gets out afield.

I am sure many questions will be answered and look forward to tips

Yeah this forum is going to be loaded with information. It will be the AT PRO encyclopedia of the internet.
