AT Pro wired headphone issue

Hardyhunter

New member
All of a sudden, my Garrett AT Pro started sounding the signals through the unit, instead of the headphones, so I bought a new set of MS2 headphones for it, thinking my original headphones had gone bad. Upon installing the new headphones, I still have the issue of sound coming from the unit instead of through the headphones. Both sets of headphones are the wired ones, not wireless. Can anyone solve this problem for me? Thanks

It sounds like a wire short in the AT Pro connection somewhere? Give Garrett a call about this. 1 800 527 4011

Here's a video on the wireless headphones and how to pair them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBF_DTbyAY0

A call to Garrett is best option. It uses elevtromic switching of the speaker/headphone circuit. It appears that it's not able to detect the headphones when connected. If that is indeed the case Garrett will need to reair/replace the detective component
