Just had a thought and went with it. I like to share things I think might be useful to others, so here is my latest winter project. Took me about an hour, but it can be done in less time for sure. (You know, measure twice and drill once theory.)
Some will not like this set up do to limited height adjustment. Others will not like that they can not easily see the meter.

I like the idea. I don't think it would work for me because I like to mess with settings when I'm hunting but I do believe a lot of people will benefit from your idea.
 
Sweet! Hey, watching your vid.....gotta question...has anybody ever run a rig like that with the shaft on TOP of the arm instead of underneath? That would put the brain box on top of your elbow/forearm area instead of underneath? Or would that be out of balance and uncomfortable? NIce work!:clapping:
