AT Pro Question????

Hello fellow forum members.
A quick history on my problem that recently developed. I purchased a New AT PRO about a month ago. So far so good found a lot of clad and did not think i had the falsing problem until yesterday when i took it to the beach.
I arrived got set up ground balanced (12-13) and proceeded to get in the water to start the hunt. This is when i noticed the problem as soon as i would swing the detector left to right or right to left it would false like crazy i turned sens down to from max all the way down to 2 bars and still had the same issue. Got back up on dry land checked coil wire and plug both were tight. I picked the coil up about a foot high and rotated it from right to left in a twisting motion and it did the same exact thing.
So my question is there anything left to do before i send it back to Garrett for the falsing issue?
Thanks for all the help.
Joe

Did you re-ground balance it when you entered the water? The variables in the wet stuff change enough to make the metal detector start falsing when going from dry to wet in a lot of situations. You may want to refer to these videos and good luck!
