AT Pro pulls one from the beaten path

So I took the AT Pro to one of our older school locations on Sunday with the 5x8 DD coil and was very surprised when I got a solid hit on the well beaten path. This is the spot where we go between two fences to enter the field. It gets hit every time we visit this site as we have to walk the same path each time. I was on my way back to the truck when I go some iron grunts with a clear tone with them. I check and got a clear tone from all directions. It was a 66-67 on the VDI and I figured a zinc since it was only 2". I was pleasantly surprised to see a Indian Head.

It is in bad shape due to all the gravel and iron but it is a 1900.

I love it! My hunting buddy always busts me up when I hunt the beaten path multiple times. I really find that the heavier use the path gets, the more the erosion factor kicks in. I've found very very shallow oldies just like yours on those beaten paths. Congrats
