AT PRO-NO DESCRIM VS ALL METAL????

Hey guys I love hunting with my AT Pro and find lots of stuff but I was hitting an old house that has started producing coins from the 1912's and up and I wondered what kind of depth am I losing compared to all metal? I love the depth but I am wondering how much deeper can say an AT- Gold get. I know everybody wants more depth and most targets are within 6 inches of the ground but I was just wondering....

On the AT Gold with the 5 x 8 double d coil, there is about two inches difference between DISC 1 and All Metal on a gold ring air test. It will depend on soil conditions, etc. Somewhere there is a post by John-Edmonton showing the depth of various objects.

High conductive coins will loose depth at the higher frequency of the gold.

Below is a graph showing the differences in depth using the sniper coil during an air test. The AT Gold can not be used in salt water, as it can't be ground balanced to that degree. The AT Pro can be used in salt water.
