at pro iron audio question?

Just curious....what is the difference if any from running the at pro in pro zero mode where you can hear iron vs. running in another mode with iron audio on?

Any advantage to using one way or another for coin hunting?

thx,
Dave

I run in Pro coin often. But, in areas with a lot of iron, especially small iron bits, it can be noisy. It help identify bottle caps, and can help identify good targets in trashy areas. Bottle caps often sound like coins and iron audio helps to change their sound so you don't dig them all. When Coin hunting I use Pro Coin and switch to Iron Audio frequently.

Thanks Grumpy!

I've been runnin Pro zero since Iv'e got it, will have to try the coin mode too!

I use pro mode coins at the river and pro mode zero elsewhere, depending on the trash. I've noticed after digging quite a few beer caps they sound like "snark" on the head phones and are definitely louder than the coins even tho they are in the 90-94 dvi range.
