AT Pro in the rain

Took the ATP out on her maiden voyage to a 1900's farm house. And it poured rain the whole time. Thru about an hour of being drenched I found...A sacawega dollar, some lincoln's and a clad dime. Also found a 1960's Ford Punt pass and Kick ring. As soon as I figure out how to post pictures, I will. Glad I had the AT Pro due to the weather! I was hunting in coin mode BTW.

Congrats! Also, be careful about coin mode; try Pro Mode with nothing discriminated except iron at about 32. You may be missing out on some neat stuff.

Break her in right, she doesn't mind the muck! (It drives ME a little batty sometimes, though).

[size=large]the advantage William-NM has, is the extra sunlight in his state to dry the machine off faster :)

I just ordered a AT Pro for that same reason, among others. It has rained for 5 days straight here, and has me at a stand still!:ranting: Once I get the AT Pro that will be a thing of the past!

Congrats on the new detectors, hope you like 'em as much as I do!
Widebody: Yep, we dry out faster - so fast it will turn a detectorist into a piece of beef jerky if he doesn't stay hydrated! :drinking:

I will try the pro mode today and set the Iron at 32, Going back to the same old farm house today!
