AT Pro in below freezing temperatures

Anybody have experience or information pertaining to the use of or care of an AT Pro in below freezing temperatures?

Not a problem. Both Ni-Mh & alkaline batteries drain quickly in below freezing temps. To compensate, purchase either purchase a Pro Lithium battery pac or put a hot pac on the electronics to keep them toasty. Also, make sure that the coil wire has some play with it at the lower end of the rod, because the wires can get stiff in the cold.

Then.....dress warm and have fun!.;)

Below is a diagram as to how I heat my machines with a hot pac.

That sounds great but my work schedule is so unpredictable but it's worth a try. I live in the south hills area.

Canonsburg area for me. Semi retired so can go hunting anytime. Know of one spot in your area where silver and some old coins can still be found. Email me at thinlizzie20@ yahoo.com
