got my pro today set it up and off i went got seven and one half cents at local park and lots of bottle caps it loves bottle caps dug lots of low singals also looking for gold not yet but to the fresh water beach tomorrow to play in deeper water then i dared to ever take my explorer hope to find some gold goodies there at pro is said to be more sensitive to gold then my explorer over all like the at lite quite fun to use still lots to learn played with all modes a bit and tried 5/8 coil just played a bit today i,ll push more tomorrow watched all vids on the at feel ive got a good idea on what makes this detector sing just need alittle time to but it together oh and my 1./2 cent was cut by a lawn mower lol

The Pro is more sensitive to the smaller gold stuff that isn't round or connected. When I say connected I mean like a ring is connected together and round. Plus the AtPro will hit harder and deeper on any smaller gold than the FBS machine. I have found that if your not recovering targets in the 40 to 43 range of the ATpro - your leaving some nice gold goodies. You need a scoop with 1/4 inch holes as a lot of the small 40 - 43 gold will go through a 1/2 inch holed scoop.

With pro mode and iron audio one can id many bottlecaps and dig or not, Whenever I dig trash or good stuff, ALWAYS rescan the hole , it's not unusual to find other objects(both good and bad) deeper, though the target separatio is super with the tone roll audio. Ive heard some machines can't rescan an open hole(don't know for shure). The atp can- it'll reward you. P.S. the ml wiggle works on the atp also.
