AT-PRO headphone cord length. A problem?

Congrats to all you that got your AT-PRO.
It has been asked by others but no one seems to answer this question. Does the length of the standard headphone cord seem to be to short which results in the headphones being ripped off your head when you kneel down and put the detector aside and begin digging a target. The pictures of people using the AT-PRO on Garrett's website seem to have the headphone cord fully stretched . I am concerned about headphone cord stress and having headphones fly off your head. I am not trying to nit pick, and I love Garrett detectors, I am just trying to research all the features and possible detector issues.

Thanks so much in advance

It's not bad-the coiled cord helps a lot! I used mine last night and had the heaphones mounted very high on my head so my camera could hear the signals. I was able to detect just fine without anything flying off! I'm tall with long arms, so I figure I would be the one with problems! I did have the typical headphone issues when on the ground recovering a target though-yanking the cord and pulling the detector over..

Thanks for the comment.

I just got my at. today went out in the yard for about 45 min. found some clad and copper junk, the headphone cord is fine to me I had no problem with them.

Seems a little shorter than my other headphones, but I haven't had the problem of having them ripped off my head.
I just usually like to drape the cable behind my arm when I am swinging and with the shorter coed I can't do that.
As soon as I find out where to get the connectors I'm going top wire up a set of Sun Ray Golds anyway.

Max what are you going to use?
Thanks,
Steve

Picked mine up and hunted with it today. The cord is not a problem length wise. It needs to be tucked under the hand grip to keep it out of the way of the screen.
Kind of wish they had put the coil cord on the right and headphones on the left. Lefty jaded folks will love it. The headphones are ok but was windy this morning and they do not block the wind noise well. Will try to get a full report up later tonight.
