AT Pro headphone adapter malfunction????

New member
I just got my adapter, and plugged in my headphones only to discover that it works, but doesn't shut off the AT Pro's built in speakers. I disconnected them and plugged in the original Garrett Headphones and this does shut off the main speakers???? Anyone else have this happen and is this normal?

You need to make sure the headphones are plugged in all the way and I think the headphones need to be in stereo. My Timberwolfs are working awesome but did hear the same thing you did a couple times and had to make the corrections to my headphones.

Thanks for the reply,Rick. I did everything you suggested, and yes my headphones are stereo. I also have a Fisher F 75 and there's no problem at all using the same phones.
