AT PRO GOLD ??? BAD

Will be sending my AT PRO GOLD back. (3 DAYS OLD) Not working right. Too much static, when pass over coins, gold. etc. Tones are way off WEEK SIGNALS. FAINT.. YES I CHECKED EVERTHING AND SET IT UP RIGHT 6 DIFFERENT TIMES.
My 6 year old AT PRO WORKS LIKE THE DAY IT WAS NEW.. SOLID SIGNALS..
