Weather turned nice the last couple of days so snow is melted and it`s time to start swinging. I went to a small park that I had not been to so I was curious about what was under there. I got set up and walked across the side walk and ground balanced at 75 , dialed in pro mode zero with iron disc at 27. On the first swing all Hell broke loose. It was showing 83 to 89 on the screen with a long pin point. I dug the first hole at 6 inches and a Sacajewa dollar popped up. scanned again ,same results another dollar, then another dollar, and last a quarter. I was really disappointed when the next scan showed nothing. I was thinking, this is a wonder machine. The rest of the hunt was not as eventful although I did recover several clad coins and a matchbox car for my grandson. In the Pro mode Zero this unit sounds like a pin ball machine. I guess it is telling you where every piece of metal is and it is up to you to decide what to dig. I heard the tone roll right away with a signal of 88 which should have been a bottle cap but I wanted to be sure so I dug it. Bingo a bottle cap. I dug 3 more just to verify what this machine was telling me. I also dug 2 other tone rolls with a signal of 85 which turned out to be a rusty steel washer and a rusty piece of flat steel in both cases I switched to standard coin mode before digging and the signal said a quarter, So the tone roll really works. I was astonished. I did dig some square pop tops that signaled close to nickle . I was thinking gold ring at that point. I did find one nickle at 6 inches. I was using 5 bars on the sensitivity. The pin point worked every time although not quite as accurate as My CZ6a. Some more hunts will hopefully improve on that. I was disapointed on the depth reading. It was an average of 2 inches too deep. I found 2 coins on the surface that showed 4 inches deep. I don`t know if it is this machine or are they all like that? Well I`m rambling on but I hope this info is helpful to someone . Have a Great Christmas everyone!
