AT Pro finds a Seated Lady

I went to an area I've hunted before with a couple different detectors,This park has been Pounded over the years, sometimes through the summer on a daily basis, I was using the AT Pro in custom pro mode with a iron disc of 31, My ground balance was 81, I've read were the AT Pro can be ran positive or negative of this neutral balance so I went negative to 75 and started detecting, at 30 minutes nothing but junk signals and false hits then all of sudden bam a steady faint high tone Id was and the depth meter was showing pegged 10" I switched to standard mode just to see the difference in tones and got a steady Bell tone. I was skeptical but the steady tones and solid vdi of 78-81 made me dig it. I dug a 6" deep plug up to the hilt on my digger about 4" diameter and hit it with my Pistol Prob and got a signal still in the hole, so I proceeded to dig deeper and now half way up the handle on my digger I scooped out a scoop full of dirt and layed it on my towel which is now full of dirt and scanned the hole nothing, scanned the last dirt I removed and got a hit. I narrowed it down to a small clump and using my fingers started separating the clump and out fell my target, My jaw dropped as I seen small silver, I knew I had a dime but not sure if it was a Merc or what so I slipped it in my pouch and figured I would clean it later. I detected for another half hour and found some clad a few Wheaties and of course a few pull tops and screw caps, this will happen especially learning a new machine and getting a feel for the detector.
Now I get home and proceed to clean my prize and to my surprise it turns out to be an 1874 Seated Liberty Dime with arrows no mint mark. Pics below, I'm one happy hunter and a believer in this Garrett AT Pro!

What a sweet coin find coyote  you don't find seated every day but yours is a keeper

The depth of the Dime and ability of the AT Pro to hit as hard as it did on it amazed me, honestly only my E-Trac has found silver that deep, for me anyways.

Thanks for looking and commenting everyone, good luck and happy hunting.

You greet coyote65
also she is enthusiastic of the ATPRO, a great valid car for water and earth, yesterday afternoon found some coins and a silver very beautiful nothing oxide, made photo as found in the zone where outcast at least 10 searches (I attach)
Soon I will try in sea to find ring or other

It matches and beats detectors costing twice as much in both depth, target separation etc.......

And you got the finds to validate that! :)

I Like How You Set It Up To Squeeze A Little More Depth Out Of It

A tip I picked up from Keith Southern and Tom Dankowski and worthy of sharing with other AT Pro users.
I give full credit to those two for the info below and thank them whole hardily for their contributions and testing.

"There is a tremendous performance gain on HI conductors when Grnd Bal is lowered."
"There is a tremendous performance gain on LOW conductors when Grnd Bal is raised."

I won't be getting rid of my E-Trac any time soon, but the AT Pro combined with the E-Trac compliment each other very well.
It's what I've been looking for, I now feel I have two very capable detectors in just about any situation I may encounter with the exception
of deep water hunting which unfortunately I don't do, so for me I'm tickled and very happy with the paring of the AT Pro and E-Trac.
