AT Pro finds 925 Italy Sterling Silver Bracelet

My first Bracelet find with a land machine, it's 8.7 grams of Fine Sterling made across the pond :D After work today I stopped by the same place where I found my first ever solid Gold Ring find with a land Detector Tuesday. Dug my fair share of slaw & junk though, but it paid off about 3 inches down after about 40 minutes. the Bracelet is missing it's clasp and has a few dings on it, but I'll take it because it was my first ever Bracelet find on dry land. :)

The AT Pro is doing it's job just fine, and I'm loving it! Here are a few pictures, Thanks for looking, DirtDiga

Dude! Thats awesome! Sure is a pretty chain there.:clapping:..these Pros hit gold chains of that size pretty good too...might be a trashy lite foil signal in the upper 30's...you got that gold ring the other day, so you are hunting the right tones...! Curious, What settings are you running? Do you run iron audio on or off?

Hey Looknforgold I hope you got the real stuff. I found 3 of the same one that in your photos. At the end of the bracelet marked 925 Italy, turns out that there all fake. I also did research on it online and sure enough there's a photo of my 3 fake 925 silver bracelets. Hope its the real deal... good hunting though.

Looks real from here...hit it with a magnet, give it a sniff, acid if you want......but I bet you already know all those tricks..you've been hunting for a while...usually the fake ones dont last long in the ground without flaking or going to heck in some sort of obvious fashion...good advice though, Asiandigger...lots of fakes...especially those cheap fakey class rings now a days made out of chrome/nickel amalgams...

Nice find, looknforgold! Here's to many more

As an aside...I took a 10k chain into a gold buyer one day last summer for him to give me a price...obviously real, I had been keeping it in a little pouch along with all sorts of scrap silver rings, coins and whatnot...he had a hard time determining if it was real or not, on account of the silver oxidation it was exposed to, messing up his testing acids he said fake at first...after a while, he cleaned it good and figured it out...it was real..

Nice find on the sterling silver bracelet. I've never found any real jewelry on the ground, only in the water. I hope to change that this year, tho.

Nice find! I found both silver and gold bracelets in my first year with the ATP.
The gold one was 4 dwt 14K from water and the signal bounced back and forth from iron to mid tone.
Great detector for just pure fun!
