AT Pro Doing What It Does Best

I got out with my friend Ben this weekend and we decided to hit a creek below a dammed lake. The lake banks have always given up a lot of silver but lately it has been few and far between. The creek was the next step! I was using my ML Excalibur and he uses an AT Pro. They both worked well, and the best part is that we were able to detect at an arms length without EMI. He got a Draped Bust LC and I got another tag, a bunch of Wheaties and a shiny 1923 Buffalo.

Sorry about the focus in parts of the video. My camera was being uncooperative!

Throw the camera in the creek...It is keeping ya from hunting anyways...lol...I had one do that before...turns out the gears got all gumed up from old grease...

HH,

Thanks for the inspiration Neil. I have several creeks around me but haven't been in any because I assumed they'd be full of trash. Now that the ground is starting to freeze and the snow starting to fly I think I'll head for the open water!

The water depth can be misleading. One wrong step and you have a boot full of chilly water!

That is strange that the nickel came out like that.

I wish I could have gotten a better shot of it with my Blackberry, but you can actually make out the spot when it was in the scoop!
