AT Pro DD Search Coil

Does anyone know for sure if the coil off an AT Pro 8.5X11in. DD , will work on an Ace 250?

I know they make the same coil for the Ace, but are they intercahgeable? I also know the AT Pro DD coil has the name AT Pro on it, just as the ACE 250 has it's own name on it's DD coil. Is it just the name on the coils that is the only difference where other than that they are the same, or totally different? thanks
 
The connectors that connect to the box are different, There may be more that I'm unaware of.
 
[size=large]i was just on the kellco site. they list a 8.5x 11 but only for the ace series. i don't see how the AT Pro coil could work. the freq. are too much apart i would think.

The look the same but have different product numbers:

Ace 8.5X11 is 2222000
At Pro 8.5X11 2222400

Since the Ace is 6.5 Khz and the At Pro is 15 Khz there is probably more difference than just the connectors but I dont know that for sure.
