AT PRO coil covers

Coil covers are a good thing if you detect areas full of rocks for the beach I just paint my coil whit super glue if you use a coil on the beach you will need to take it of to wash the sand that gets under it

I do will help with cosmetic look too if you ever decide to sell your machine.

Absolutely.......can save serious wear and tear on the coil.

Just remember to take it off and clean it and the coil occasionally.

Sand and stuff does manage to get in it over time and can screw with the readings.

I take it off every so often and vacuum/clean the sand/dirt/etc. out.

Helps the resale value too.....

Mine is utterly destroyed. It's still on, but I've taped it up so much, there's barely any more plastic on it!. :-O

I use on all coils. I just used silicone on my beach detector coil cover. I can remove with effort. But no sand under the coil.
