My buddy and I headed out for more most of the day relic hunting. I used my AT GOLD - 5 x 8 coil and he used his AT Pro 5 x 8 coil. We both got silver. Here are some of his finds.
He also dug up an old brass piece off an old lantern.
We both dig up a lot of targets today.......here are some more.
Here's an old bottle....probably a ketchup bottle. Nothing too exciting, until I looked on the bottom and saw that it was dated. Pretty interesting.
Here's my first pocket watch of the year. And an old tea leaf strainer as a promotional item for a local business.
Here's a Military hat pin, probably from WWII.
My favorite finds of the day were 2 silver quarters in the same hole, only a couple of inches deep. I also dug up a 1943 WWII nickel made of tombac. (bronze with a high copper content)
And finally, some grey matter and a virgin 22 short!
