AT Max Headphones cutting out

GoTiCats

New member
I have been experiencing my wireless headphones cutting in and out. Going along just fine then suddenly I get static and the volume goes way low. Just as suddenly it'll come back on full volume. Any comments? I haven't contacted Garrett yet. Thanks folks.

Same with my AT-Pro. The volume 'fades' and sounds like its in the background. Messing with the volume control is no help and when it magically corrects itself you better hope you haven't turned to volume way-up. My initial posting I also was advised to try turning the headset around but that had change to the problem. It generally only last about 20 or 30 seconds and then it fixes itself and since it only happens occasionally, I just live with the problem.
