Decided to pick up a modern metal detector, so I have a AT Gold on the way. Been using an ancient Garrett Freedom Coin Commander and two I guess ear!y 1990's Tesero's. I am going to send in one of my Tesero's for a tune-up for my own satisfaction since I bought the Tesero's used. Lokking forwardcto worrying ya'll crazy asking questions on the Garrett AT Gold,

That Garrett Freedom Coin Commander machine is no slouch! But, the AT Gold will give you much more in depth, tones, sensitivity to tiny targets and a variety of coils to help to in specific situations. Questions? Come on down! :)

Thank you John, I bought my old Freedom II Coin Commander back around 1990 I guess. It works just like it did when it was new. I used it for a few years and then my interest in metal detecting waned. Getting interested in it again. I see what looks like a couple of Coin Commander in the photo.
