Coins just seem to travel...some very far.
Here are just a few of the foreign coins I have found, most right smack dab in the middle of the country in Kansas.
Now back in Alabama I am still finding them, but they are getting older.
In lawns in my neighborhood the latest are a 1918 Canadian large cent and a 1937 British 3 pence.
Most are surprises because foreign coins don't always come in where our American coins do so sometimes you go after junk but find treasure instead.
One of the cooler experiences we can have in this hobby.
Yep...I've unearthed coins from china, japan, canada, the Phillipeans and Great Brittain. They are a pleasant surprise when they show up. And some times they are silver...added bonus.
