As to ferrous objects like B.C.s and washers:usaa::fisher:

I'll get my first test of the F-75 tomorrow.
We've been hunting HARD in 90++ heat and 95% humidity. We have been using a CZ, C$,GTi-2000, and a George Paine Mk-1.
I've gotten good coin signals, .25 & .50 cents with the C$ that turned out to be solid {not disintegrating} rusty washers. Before digging them
they were checked with the other 3 detectors, INCLUDING the Mk-1; ALL of the detectors also saw them as COIN. Some ferrous alloys fool them all.
So the next time someone say,.."Fishers don't do well in iron..", I beg to differ. I'm pulling coins out in nails.
Can't wait to try the F-75 {and an SE} tomorrow.:detecting:
(And BILL, my BARON'S coming to you for a visit in August.)

Bill, your advice on RUNNING THE THRESHOLD DOWN INTO THE NEGATIVE made all the difference in the world. With a 10.5" it will hunt with ANYTHING OUT THERE.
(Something is 'flying' north with my BARON for you.):detecting:
