As far as new legislation, thank you Guvner...

I read the posts in reply to the bill, in my opinion, any new legislation infringing on our privacy orwhat we say, should be thouht of as a wolf in sheep's clothing. I have brought up the topic of cameras at stoplihjt and in big cities. Many people say, "What have I got to hide?" Well it may be nothing, but it sure is nice o have privacy and not always worry ablut the cops or Feds watching you on camera. The same regards here. I may never say anything bad about anyone, but I would still like the choice to do it if I feel the urge. There are a lot of A##holes out there who talk a lot of junk, but oh well, let their fellow men and women deal with them. Choices are being lost all over and it really angers me, I will write my Congressman on this subject.

.... we have a State legislator who due to term limits, and not a chance to get elected or appointed to another government job has now joined a huge personal injury law practice .... after being initially elected and re-elected on a platform of Tort reform. This idiots parting shot as a legislator has been to vote against Tort reform bills he previously sponsored. Naturally all the personal injury attorneys are fighting Tort reform.

The ONLY bad thing about term limits is that the laws don't limit what ex-legislators can do after leaving office.

Legislators like the ones who are pushing the New Jersey Internet Forum bill should not ever be re-elected.

What about all those "old time" laws like if you spit on the sidewalk you can get arrested and fined. Stop and think about all the laws over the past century that have been passed and what happened to them. It seems that they create these laws for "just in case" they need a reason to arrest someone and bring them in for questioning on other matters. These laws are used in many different ways.
