Art, because of you, tonight instead of eating piles of all the stuff that tastes great, fills me up and is bad for me, ... I'm eating a "lean cusine"

How tall must I continue to grow to justify 217 pounds (including the cell phone in my pocket)? You aren't in this alone my friend.

Those TV dinners are very misleading. Just because they lead you to believe they are low calorie does not mean they are good for you. And they leave you with a hungry feeling because of all the presevatives and salt in them. They are ok once in a while, but not as a steady diet.

Oh yes, I am on a diet too, just like you guys!!

Everything I make is homemade from scratch. Even homemade brick oven pizza. Yes all of this can be on a diet, it is just the ingredients that are used (low fat) and how much you eat.
