I missed lowtide but did find an upper trough above the hightide line left over by the Nor'easter.....

Found a decent amount of Greenies and then i got a nice low signal and dug this at about 4 inches......

After a quick cleaning....10K....Nine small diamonds.....

Can't argue with that! Any day with gold and diamonds in your scoop is a GOOD day. :thumbup:
 
Nice find! It's always nice seeing diamonds in the scoop ;) Judging by your pix I was about 15 blocks farther south :) Ran into a couple of other guys from the club too. I found a 10K Class ring and a Silver ring. It's amazing how fast the sand is filling back in! In another week you'll never know we even had a storm last week!

.....I truely only hunted for about an hour or so.....I was only there to scope out the beaches and I threw my Sovereign in the car with me and couldn't resist giving it a little spin....hopefully we can get some decent fronts in the next week or so. With the beaches already being down, hopefully that should cut into the bank a little bit. HH......Brian
