Call GArrett Sales, they will be glad to sell you a new one. Are you still under warranty?? If so, they'll ship you a new one for free!!

I broke 4 of them befoe I figured out if I use my strap it wouldn't break. Been over a year with out one breaking one

I had to send my AT Gold in for something else last week, but the arm cuff had broken a couple of days earlier. So, I was using my AT Pro, and the blasted arm cuff breaks. No, I am not a fast swinger - I think it has more to do with climbing rocky hillsides with machine in one hand, shovel in the other. So, I decided to do a "John Edmonton" on it - went and bought some 4" PVC (sm. town hardware store didn't stock ABS), and, as I wanted to get back out hunting ASAP, I just electrical taped it, heh. Works great - at some point, I'd take it off and attach it properly and spray it with the black rubber spray.

The AT Gold came back a couple of days ago, and I see that they've redesigned the arm cuff - it now has double thickness ribs running down to the shaft. I'm sure that they were sending out quite a few of those pups. Guess I'll give 'em a call and get one for the pro, too, just to keep it looking professional and in case I ever sell it.
