Are you rooted ?

God wants us to be rooted and grounded, yet many Christians are not. They have not taken the time to develop the habit of personal Bible study or the discipline of prayer or even regular church attendance. But God is saying we need to get rooted, because our faith will be challenged. We will face hardship. And a storm can come, just when we're least expecting it.

It is too bad but I know some long time Christians that are still young in their faith! I don't think they really want to grow in their faith :(

that he didn't come to make people comfortable - but uncomfortable. Fact of life - either one grows or one stays, some are staying due to lack of faith - steve

and it doesn't always come with an announcement!

The Bible speaks of weak Christians who are still babes and only drinking the milk of the Word, while others have become or are becoming adults and are eating the meat of the Word! Praise God for sending us His Son, Jesus, Who is THE LIVING WORD! And Thank You, dear Jesus for coming and please save those who will be saved and then come quickly, Lord Jesus!

God Bless!
Betty
