New York city wants to fine joggers for using electronic devices while joggin !!!
And..Virginia i think they said, want's to fine cyclists $90.00 a pop for.... ..ready for this ?......

Yet still no laws to stop people from talkin on the phone and whatever else they do with those things while driving vehicles.
 
because I was driving a company vehicle with no radio. Actually, I had an early Sunday Merchandising route for Coca-cola and it was a long and boring drive through Cow-pastures and rural towns and because I didn't have any kind of music to keep me awake (I started at 4am) I would carry a "Walk-man" with me which required the use of small headphones. I had done this for months with no problems and then one day, while out in the middle of no where, a Trooper passed me on my left, then slowed and got in behind me and pulled me over. His explanation to me was that wearing headphones while driving was illegal because I wouldn't be able to hear sirens from emergency vehicles while I wore them. I politely asked him if that was the case then is it illegal for a deaf person to drive..... he said no because they will have a special designation on their license noting the disability !?!? So, I asked, just because they had a handicapped designation on their license still wouldn't help them hear a siren !? I could tell I was pushing my luck by then, he wrote me a warning and said not to do it again and I gave him the OK but kept my eyes open for cops from then on. Just another, stupid, contradictory law.

goes over and writes her a ticket for either operating machinery while drinking, or drinking while driving a vehicle.. I for get which.... BUT, he did give her a frigging ticket..
I told her she should have tried to out run him.... hell, it worked of OJ:drinking:
