Are the Fisher F4 & Kellyco/ Titan 3000xd the same MD ?

Are the Fisher F4 & Kellyco (First Texas) Titan 3000xd the same MD , with the exception being that the Titan allows you to adjust the GB for both All Metal and Discriminate modes ?

I'm looking at the manuals online and even the manuals are almost identical, too bad the Titan doesn't come with all the coils the F4 does.

look the same but the f4 has faster target responce and modulated tone, those were the 2 things i didnt like on the discovery 3300
 
^ Thanks I found that site and Andy(NM) did a very nice job writing about the F2/F4/F75.
