Are Minelab warranties transferable?

To the maximum extent permitted by law this warranty:
is extended to the purchaser identified in the Warranty Registration Card ("Purchaser") and is transferable to a legitimate subsequent owner residing within the country of the original purchase;

Looks like if you live in the same country as the original owner yes the Warranty is transferable . Jim

Deep.... didnt that come into affect Jan 1st? I also noticed they have some warranty up to 6 mos after the warranty runs out..... on Privious problems.
