I just ordered a set of Gray Ghost Originals. I was wondering if they are the same as Basic Killer Bs.

If they are, that will be just fine with me. They have a cool pic on the side. Although I like Killer Bs pic also. Just a change in scenery.

HH,

Gray Ghosts are fine phones, but I prefer the Killer B's. I think the sound quality is better and they are lighter in weight.

Nope, Killer B's are lighter and have a mid tone pitch, and let you hear some of whats going on around ya..

Gray Ghost are great HP's also, however they are on the base side of the sound, great for cutting back ground noise out, and a great fit.

I mostly use killer B's in schooll grounds, parks and the like.

Gray Ghost for beach, and open fields and areas of high back ground noise. Rats are also good on cutting out back ground noise!!

I am sure you will like the gray ghost.

Thanks for the info Gary,

Which is better in summer heat?

Thanks for the info Gary.

I can see that they are different. I was hoping to have a chance to use a different type than Killer B's. I love the Killer B's but variety is the spice of life.

My MD's are all Tesoro's, but each one is very different. I like to use all three of them. None of them gathers dust. Guess I'm just lucky.:)

HH,

I have two pairs of Gray Ghost hps. One nugget buster ndt and one regular nugget buster. Like them both very much. I think you'll be happy.

rmptr, in my opinion the Killer B's are best in the summer heat.

I sure hear so much on the Killer Bs - seem so popular for the ones really into headphones.
I have 2 main HPs, Rats and SunRay Gold Pro. All my other HPs not worth mentioning.
I like your idea of having at least 3 HPs for various hunts / conditions.
