Are Fisher Labs / First Texas doing their own Manufacture?

I used a CZ-6a from the early 90's thru 2000. I wasn't following the industry real close when Fisher Labs was bought out by first Texas / teknetics / bounty hunter. Is First Texas doing their own manufacture For each of these lines or having it done overseas?

I read a lot of posts about the loss of quality control since the purchase. How has the new ownership responded to the quality concerns I.e. Lack of consistant CZ-3D calibration?

Any idea why they are making two parallel lines of detectors (F75, F75 ltd and T2, T2 ltd) like GM did with chevy Pontiac Buick Oldsmobile and Cadillac?
