Are any coils waterproof?

Got 4x6 dd eclipse shooter...is this coil water proof?..in case i want to do along shore on inland beaches?...thanks...CURT...and do mean as far as bieng totally immersed in water.
 
Yes the coil is. But, do not get your box wet and do not allow the beads of water to roll up the shaft to the box......
 
If detecting in water..
Never raise your coil above the control box..
Water can and will run down/up the inside if the coil tube and into the box and short it out.
