Are people still using them? The web site states they only deal with companies not the public.
 
Website is to apease the government. I used them two weeks ago and again last week. Never have had a problem
 
I agree with scubadetector. I didn't have a problem using them either about ~2 months ago. Like wherever the fill-in-the-blank form says "company name", you just enter "hobbyist", for example.
 
I just got an email on my gold settlement today. Everything is still TOP NOTCH and will be recieving another check over a grand. Second in 3 weeks. Waiting for a silver settlement also.
 
Can you still ship by USPS or do you have to use UPS or FedEx?
 
I have always shipped USPS. flat rate box uninsured, 2nd day air. Never a problem there either
