Aquasound info? Who has some?

Dig

Hey guys curious about some info concerning the Aquasound unit. Anything you can tell me is most helpful. I am curious about the technology behind it and also would like to know about warranty. If there are some people who use it regularly (hehe where are you Bulgarian) how has it held up for you all over time? Pro's and Con's type of thing Thanks! -Dig

I use one downunder.

Very impressive unit. Easy to use once it's tuned but keep it away from black sands.

The build quality is like nothing else you've seen.....all parts are of the highest quality possible and meet true military specs.

All hand built and made to order.

I have a basic review of it on my youtube channel....

I think a lot of guys would use it if their beach conditions would allow.

Good luck,

Tony.

Great videos man! I watched them all. You should be posting those on here for everyone...We'd all love to see em. Do you think you could make a small video clip where we could hear the threshold sound for different targets? Also, is this a very deep unit? What kind of depth are you getting? Is it as deep or deeper than a PI? I am in West Central Florida and theres a few people here who have them so, I know it will work. I appreciate you taking the time to share your findings. BTW the water in Perth looks beautiful

Dig,

Glad the video helped out.

I have meant to do some more when detecting but keep leaving the UW camera at home.

I will do one on the threshold for you.......you can choose your pitch/tone.

Basically all non-ferrous targets sound similar with iron having it's own sound.

This is a deep machine, especially on the clean, white sand.

I would say it is deeper than PI machines plus you have the added benefit of not having to dig iron.

Black sand beaches then grab your PI !

I picked up my Aquasound when I was in Florida a few years ago.....I will be back in the Orlando area this September....my 10 year old son loves it there....Disney/Universal and hopefully a Shuttle launch.

Give me a few days on the video...I'll post a link here.

Good luck with the Aquasound if you go for it.

Regards,
Tony.

Thanks Tony I look for ward to seeing it. Let me know when your headed over in my direction! I live about an hour and half from O-town.

Hey Dig,

Mr. Gold over on the other forum is the maker of the aquasound. Just leave a post for him and he'll get right back to you. Tell him I referred you and maybe he'll give me a discount on the one I would love for him to make for me.

It is a professional level machine and most of the heavy hitters here in south florida use it.

Regards,

Jean

Yes, Rich is a great guy alright !!

I love the Aquasound and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

I did all sorts of tests down here locally to make sure it would work okay....which is does so well.

The excal was on ebay the next day....
