Appropriate find for Easter Sunday

This was the best find of the day. Using V3i in modified C&J, 950 coil, Rx gain@15, disc 90,am 70. The cross is sterling and about 4" deep. everything else was common clad and a few nickels.
What are the odds of finding a cross on this very special day? Sure does make one think.

Howdy John--

It's interesting how and when certain finds come to the surface. Years back , I was detecting on my fathers birthday and I dug a 1913-S wheat cent. 1913...his birth year.

That's a nice find, John, and a significant one!

Happy Hunting!
