anyone using the x-12 or a differant larger coil

my birthday is coming up in the near future..and was thinking of asking for a x-12..i have used the x-8 coil and it seems to work great..question is for those with a bigger coil are u pleased with the performance of the x-12..or would i be better off getting a differant larger coil..thanks..mark in ohio..i will be using this coil in mainley just fields
 
I've used it for relic hunting and love it. It does plenty deep and has found a number of deeper relics my smaller coils missed. I suggest trying the Iron Mask mode, -16 if you relic hunt or search for old coins. Good hunting, David @ Dixie
