Anyone used both the Tejon and Sovereign?

I'm looking at one of these machines as an addition to or possibly replacement for my Bandido 2mmax. I find the tones and reputed depth of the Sovereign very tempting. However the warranty of Tesoro and its lightweight (not to mention my own fondness for the brand) make me want to consider the Tejon since it also has a reputation as a deep seeking machine.
I'm confused about the Tejon signals, is there a multiple tone, or is it like my Bandido, a single tone that has very subtle differences? Does the boosted signal make depth hard to distinguish? With my Bandido i can tell by the strength of the signal what depth it likely is. Is the all metal slow retune except for the trigger version?
If there is anyone that has used both and can point out the pros and cons for each it would be a great help.
I do all kinds of hunting but primarily am looking for a deep seeking machine for older coins with occasional hunts for relics. I assume the Tejon would do as well as any detector for clad hunts on local sport fields so its depth and the information conveyed by its signals as compared to the Sovereign are my main interest.

In out mild ground the Tejon is deeper than the two Sovereigns I had. The Tejon is a single tone detector, similar to the Bandido except it allows adjusting the audio tone over a wide range instead of a fixed tone like the Bandido has. The saturated, or boosted, audio doesn't allow "guesstimation" of depth like modulated audio does, it does fall off on real deep targets but not nearly as much as your Bandido. The Sovereign has more audio tones than you can distinguish, I could only hear 6 or 7, and combined with a SunRay DTI meter offers more information about inground targets, especially coins, than just about any other detector plus it's great for hunting saltwater beaches. It's heavier than the Tejon, unbalanced unless hip mounted or the control housing is mounted under the arm rest, and more tiring to use than any current Tesoro. If I were still young and strong I would choose the Sovereign strictly for coin hunting but for all purpose detecting (coins, jewelry, relics, etc.,) it would be the Tejon.
