Anyone use ear buds on sunny hot humid days?

For me headphones are really hot on those summer days. Does anyone use anything cooler with their Etrac? Maybe I'm just a wimp.

I always use the headphones to block out the background noise

I use earbuds on hot days. The soft gummy type block out background noise. JVC makes some gummies specifically to block noise.

I use them on all the really hot days. I use an Over-the-ear type that does not block any noise but I seem to do alright with them.

They are not like my Black widows or the Sunrays I have used before but they do keep my ears cool.
