Anyone tried the FZ-12 on the beach?

I have a CZ3D and the FZ-12 looks like it would give some great coverage and depth for wet sand hunting. I was just curious if anyone had tried it in the wet, salt sand.

Thanks

Had one and used it on a CZ5 in the uk. Significantly lighter than the 10.5" stock Fisher coil. Pinpointing is spot on. I rate this coil very highly indeed. Very stable in the wet sand, so long as you don't have unrealistic expectations with reference sensitivity (I found a setting of 4 was as deep as I wanted to dig). Couldn't ground balance it on the wet stuff though. So I just set it to 5. Pulling stuff out from round about a foot at these settings.

The coverage is super on those large beaches...Just about the same weight as the stock 10.5 but weighted and designed different...for large fields or beaches certainly a plus....When you see one you will say wow is it big, when your finished wow what coverage...a pricey acc. coil which every beachhunter or large field hunter should enjoy...
