ANYONE TRIED DETECTING IN FLORIDA?

Has anyone tried detecting the beaches in Florida? If so how well did you do using the new machine?

By using the Search function, you will find quite a few posts from folks regarding Florida detecting. One I am most familiar with is my fellow TreasureTalk blogger Gary Drayton, who has also written several TreasureTalk blog posts regarding hunting Florida beaches with his CTX3030. They can be found on Minelab's website, by following this link:

Florida beaches must be on the top 10 list of beaches to search in the whole world - I would absolutely love to live near Florida and hunt the beaches. My area is a slum... Nearest coast is 100 miles and the beaches there are rubbish...
