Anyone still using a Barracuda pluse detector and what are your thoughts on it?

Look at my avatar ... that is a Barracuda at a freshwater lake.
The Barracuda is a PI type detector that was well made (in the good old USA) and worked very well.
I bought a new Garrett SeaHunter Mark II last fall to replace the aging Barracuda.
Not because of performance but because of age.
I understand you can still get them repaired if needed from the original maker and one other place.
Good solid metal detector in my book and I will most likely will wish I had kept it.
