TRIPLE-SSS

Need some feedback on anyone who has ever used a Titan 2000 or 3000 metal detector. I think that Bounty Hunter makes them. Are they any good?
Thanks

I have been using the titan 3000 for the past two years and i think it is an unbelievable machine. my son and i went two weeks ago at a local park. i had my 4" coil and he was using a Garrett. In about two hours i had found about four dollars of clad change and a some foreign coins, from France Mexico and Canada and some game tokens and one other thing called uncle Sam's play penny from the 1950's made of aluminum .My son was getting kinda of disappointed. And i not saying the Garrett's are bad detectors either, so don't take that wrong Garrett users. One last thing when my son hit a target he quite often asks me to run over it to check to see what it is. and it describes the targets pretty well, I think the number system is pretty accurate. but it also has the tones and graph. Just my 2 cents. Hope this helps. One more thing if it shows pull tap and the number hits in the range it is a pull tap 99% of the time.

Hey triple sss i have tested it on the top of the ground and picked up the coins max at 18 " but in the the ground the deepest i have found is about 8 to 10 " but larger targets it is 10" plus.

Thanks agian Crutch, appreciate the info. My kids bought me a Garrett 1500 for Christmas and I can't wait to use it next week. I did some prelim. tests and it seems to work pretty good. I love the pinpointing and sizing mode, plus it has the salt iliminazation mode also which I was really looking for. I"ll post my finds next week and see how it really performs.
Once agian
Thanks for your feedback, Crutch

I have been using my Titan 300 for almost a year now. It is a great value and is as good as many detectors running 5 to 6 hundred dollars. It is loaded with the features found on many so called pro detectors. I have used it on hunts with people owning expensive Whites detectors and held my own. It does great on coins and relics. I have found Indian artifact, Civil War buttons and about anything you can think of. I have found coins of all kinds dating back into the middle 1800s.
