I wonder if that's the new color scheme for Tesoro?

Tesoro manufactures units for across the water with different color combo's and this may be the case...usually the same unit as U.S.A. but different name and color combo but more suited for
out of the States mineralization factors with slightly different parameters...

I have noticed, that the grey one has a different shaft...

]"The new grey color scheme is to match the H.O.T. Technology family of detectors already in production. We also changed the battery test tone and length of the tone, because many customers had complaints about the old tone"

(Explaination from web site)

We do not advertise European units on our website. The Gray Lobo ST is for us here in the US and North America. "The new grey color scheme is to match the H.O.T. Technology family of detectors already in production. We also changed the battery test tone and length of the tone, because many customers had complaints about the old tone". (Tesoro.com)

Robert is on the ball! Looks mighty "HOT" to me!:clapping:

Having used almost every Tesoro model made over the last 20 years or so we all know Tesoro makes a fine unit no matter what color...Hope their is an improved digitalized metered unit with big numbers in the lineup...A lightweight remake of the Toltec 100 with all its facets is on my wish list......may be the best metered Tesoro ever......
