What is the small weight made from? It could be anything from a corral bell to a lead weight!

I did the ice test and it melted the ice in seconds.can it be silver
 
A weight used years ago to hold drapes or curtain's down or maybe a weight to open window blinds ... that's why it decorated . I believe if it was for Corral Bell because it would be inside the bell and have no need to be fancy ... IMHO ~ Woodstock
