Anyone know where Hiedi Went?

I sent her a PM several days ago about a non-functional Tejon right out of the box, She replied promply ans sympathetically, but now it appears that it may have been a "canned" response on how to return the unit. When I followed up twice in the next two days, she hasn't replied (nor the messages marked as "read") in 3 or 4 business days.
Just wondering.

Dear Larry,

I have sent you a private message. My workload doesn't allow me to check messages on the forums every day. I do my best to get back with each customer, but sometimes that takes a little time. I handle all the messages coming into the company's 5 different email accounts and try to answer their requests first. I then check the forums to see if I can be of assistance with any specific Tesoro questions.

Your detector was shipped back and you should receive it tomorrow.

Thanks so much, Heidi! You failed to mention that your service department got my machine IN on Thursday and OUT again on Friday (ONE DAY)! Now that's service you should be bragging on (and I should be smacked for even thinking such slanderous bilge).
