Anyone know what bullet this is?

Found this yesterday. Tried google couldnt come up with a match. I put it next to a three ringer i found across the street, lots of skirmishing action in the area. Im leaning its confederate(maybe a gardner variant?) but never found a solid base two ringer.

That crossed my mind but the bottom seems machined flat. Theres no nipple sticking up where it might have broke off or an indention where the disc pin would go. Its completley smooth and patina is solid across it.

I don't know buddy. That was my first guess. I have to look I've found one with the washer cut off flat with the base. I'd really have to dig to find it though. If you could clean the base up a little more might tell you a little better. Cool find anyway friend. HH

Ill give it a good scrubbin when i get home and see what it unveils. Ill post pictures of it.
